Tone of voice: illuminating, authentic, uplifting

Lunar Academy is a new learning platform for budding games artists, launched by the studio Mooncolony in 2024. These artists face huge challenges, including a competitive industry, high standards and the looming threat of AI. This was why it was crucial for Lunar Academy to not just educate, but uplift and inspire too.

As Lunar Academy’s first Creative Content Writer, I played a central role in defining their tone of voice. As well as setting ToV standards and writing an entire new website, I created blog posts, emails, social media captions and a lead magnet PDF.
